Roof Trim & Fascias
Smooth out the edges of your property with our high quality roof trim and fascias that will add a professional finish to complement any home. Choose from an impressive range of colours and styles, so you can create the perfect fit and enhance your property’s visual appeal.
Fascias are the boards that are attached to the bottom edge of your roof. They support the lower row of roof tiles and create a solid base to fit guttering. This better protects your roof from the weather, as the fascias stop moisture from reaching your rafters that can lead to damp and rot.
Roof trim follows the length of your home and protects your roof from moisture too, as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing and stylish touch to your home.
Custom built in our state-of-the-art factory near Bristol, our roof trim and fascias are manufactured to your specific measurements to ensure they’re the perfect fit. Depending on your existing aesthetic, choose from a dark roof trim and fascias that will match your current roof tiling or a classic white finish. If you’re looking to stamp your personality on your forever home, opt for a bright colour.

What is a fascia?
The fascia is a board that runs along the length of your roof. It is a visible addition to your home’s exterior and is a great way of adding a touch of elegance. Both stylish and practical, the fascia typically holds gutters in place and protects the roof and the inside of your home from the moisture or damp. If you’ve noticed your existing fascias are looking slightly worse for wear, it is worth investing in their replacement. If your fascias are made from wood, they can easily get damp and rot if they’re not properly maintained and will no longer protect your home from the weather. What does roof trim include?
A roof trim incorporates a variety of different products, including fascias, soffits, cladding, guttering and downpipes. Generally, the term is used to refer to the range of products used to protect the edge of your roof. By ensuring your guttering is highly effective and your roof weather resistant, the inside of your property will remain protected from the damp. Damp and moisture can lead to degradation and rot the internal structure of your property. If you’re unsure whether your roof trim is in need of an upgrade, contact an expert advisor today and we can organise a home visit.
What is the difference between bargeboard, soffit and fascias?
The fascias run along the lower edge of the roof, providing support for the bottom layer of tiles on one side and holding up the guttering on the other. The soffit is more visible from the ground and runs parallel to the floor, connecting the fascia to the wall. The barge board is used on the gable end of the house and although it is not as important as a fascia in protecting the inside of your home from damp and moisture, it can add a touch of elegance and class to your property’s exterior.
How long do roof trim and fascias last?
They can last for years depending on the quality of material used to make them. More traditional properties have their roof trim and fascias made from wood, which isn’t very durable and hard to maintain. If they’re not properly looked after, they can collect water and start to degrade and rot. A lot of roof trim nowadays is made from PVCu which lasts for a lot longer and requires very little maintenance. PVCu is our most cost-effective material and what we would recommend. With PVCu, you don’t have to worry about your new roof trim and fascias for years after their installation.
